This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of Online Services which include but not limited to shopping and participation in promotions run by JPS Marketing Ltd.

Shopping Terms & Conditions – Purchasing from JPS Marketing Ltd

Shopping via the website will give customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping experience. In order to be able to purchase via the website you will need to register as an All Blacks Tours customer. Products displayed on the site can be purchased using a secure online Visa and MasterCard transaction facility. Customers can be confident that we maintain the highest level of security at all times.


We have a secure E-Way system with a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), so when your personal information is transmitted online it is done in a format that nobody can access except us.
Your name, address and credit card number remain secure with us. Once we receive your order, your personal information is immediately isolated on a secure server behind a firewall, not accessible from the Internet.

Your credit card details are only kept for the duration of the transaction with us. This means you will have to re-enter this information every time you wish to make a purchase on
We take security seriously and have taken these essential steps to ensure your personal information is secure. We however, accept no responsibility for any loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal information which you submit to us.


All unit prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% Goods & Services tax), Freight & Distribution Charges. Purchasing of the goods for sale will only be available within New Zealand.

Payment & Delivery

Payment for the items are from either an All Blacks Tours Voucher or using a valid Visa / MasterCard. If the voucher doesn’t cover the full amount of the item/s in the shopping cart, you are able to purchase the goods using a valid Visa / MasterCard.

If your payment is successful the order will be sent through to our warehouse for processing.

New Zealand orders and delivery:

Standard delivery times for any product purchased on the website will be 3-4 weeks once the order has been confirmed. The order will be sent to a registered New Zealand address.

International orders and delivery:

Currently we are unable to delivery outside of New Zealand, a valid New Zealand address is required for all orders.

If you are looking to send to an international destination, please do not hesitate to contact us to help assist with delivery.

Payment Issues

If there are any issues regarding the payment process including the voucher please contact us ASAP on we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds or returns on products purchased. So please ensure you check all details carefully before confirming the order.

We will allow exchanges or replacements only if your items arrive damaged or if there was an error from JPS Marketing. If personalised products are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

You must return the product only within 7 days of receipt of order. The items must be in original condition with all labels still attached and in original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. When returning items please mail the parcel to the address below:
